Inbound email messages where the 'from' address domain is managed by the recipient mail server could potentially get blocked. Email servers usually know which domains they are authoritative for or operate internally. An incoming email claiming to be from a domain that your mail server manages, but was generated externally, would be flagged as a spoof and blocked.
