I am asked this question very frequently and thought it might be useful to post the answer here:

Once you have a draft of your survey, I would ask that you forward it on to me so that I can obtain a quote from Boomerang’s Professional Services team. Once I receive the time quote and you agree that it is acceptable, I will forward on new account paperwork outlining costs.  (Depending on the complexity of the questions, a 10-15 question survey will take approximately 1 - 2 hours to create in HTML format.)

Typically after I receive the new account paperwork back from you, we require 24 hours for account set-up.  Once the account is set up, we require 48 hours for survey creation.

Survey data is live and can be downloaded via our web tool (Blast Wizard) 24/7.
