Isn’t it frustrating when you’re working on an email campaign and you have no one to turn to?  Now, within our BlastWizard application, we’ve implemented a "LIVECHAT" button.   You can speak with a customer support representative live (during office hours, Pacific Time).  How cool is that?  You’re working in the application, have a quick question and are too rushed to click the help button and look for an answer or pick up the phone.  Now all you have to do is click on LIVECHAT and chat live with an expert.  Whether it’s a question about BlastWizard itself or if you’re having problems with HTML, just click and ask.

If you’re interested in additional Boomerang services like custom surveys, transactional emails, CRM integration, we’ve also added a LIVE CHAT button to our website ("CHAT WITH US", blue button, upper right).  Here you’ll connect live to an account manager that can help you setup new services from a simple survey to building a custom application or answer any account questions.  We’re looking forward to chatting with you.
