With our BlastWizard for Appexchange you’re able to send effective, targeted emails to your Salesforce.com database in 5 easy steps.

Choose your recipients-  There are no lists to upload.  Send emails to a pre-existing campaign or individual members of the campaign.  You’ve already done your segementing to create the campaign in Salesforce.com.   Just choose the campaign you’d like to target.  Or, if you prefer you can create a group to send to by searching thru your entire Salesforce.com database by using a feature that mimics the Salesforce.com Advanced Search.  Unlike sending thru Salesforce.com there are no limits to how many emails you can send.

Choose your documents- BlastWizard for Appexchange pulls text and HTML documents from you Salesforce.com folder.  It’s simple.  Choose a text document from a drop down of only text documents and then choose an HTML doc.  You only see documents that are in the format you need.  At anytime you can click on a link to view the actual document.  BlastWizard for AppExchange uses Salesforce.com merge codes, no recoding.

Enter Subject line and Reply-to addresses- On this page you enter your subject line, postal address (for CAN SPAM compliance) and the reply-to, proof, and results addresses.  These addresses are prepopulated from the  user profile but can be edited.

Schedule the job-  On this page you choose the time you’d like the job to go out, immediately or anytime in the future. 

Lastly- Click on pending jobs.  Here you have the opportunity to; edit, run your email thru a Spam checker, send additional tests, delete or Activate.

After the job is sent results are written into the Salesforce.com record activity history AND can also be accessed in BlastWizard’s 60+ reports.  BlastWizard for AppExchange is an easy-to-use tool that will save you time and post accurate, up to date info right where you need it.
