Track a single recipient’s mailing history in Blast Wizard.
You can easily see which emails they were sent in a time frame that you choose (today, this week, this month, etc…).
In Blast Wizard…
Click on Tool Box
Click on Track Recipient
Enter the email
Choose the time frame
Click Search
At a glance, the results will give you the following information:
- Datashare Name and Number
- Subject Line
- Status and Status Explanation
- Latest Update Time
- No. of Opens
- Unique Clicks
- Job Number
